SBR's for Mass Registration

thanks for your patience and cooperation the following are the forms we have picked up from Crame. They are as follows:
1. SBR (special Bank Receipts)
2. Payors Copy
3. List of Registered AEG Owners (from FTI Abu Ghraib Prison only)

Waht you need is to download the SBR page (both pages) and download the form with your name on it.

then since the SBR are under the name of Jun Guillermo your forms should be signed by him as formality. autograph hehehehe pero even without this is valid already.
