WHAT: AEG Registration
WHEN: May 31, 2008
WHERE: Abu Ghraib Prsion (FTI, Taguig)
Northern Alliance and the office of PNP FED has gotten together to assist in the Registration needs of our brothers in Airsoft. We understand and hear your needs of not having the time, energy and patience to visit the FED office and or line up with hundreds of folks ahead of you.
Therefore, we are coming to an area near you (or we can even do this thru email and LBC) to give you the forms, answer your questions and process your AEG registration.
Please be guided thou Northern Alliance will not be holding your money or requiring any monetary payment from you. We will be registering your AEGs in a simple yet efficient way where you don’t have to wait in line, wait under the sun or any other inconveniency related in registration of your AEG.
In addition, the grace period given to airsofters who don’t have receipts for their AEGs to be registered is only until July 1, 2008. If you don’t have a receipt and you want to register your AEG after July 1 this will be difficult, expensive and may not even be possible.
These forms may then be copied and given to your team mates who are not present at that time. They may fill up the forms in their own comfort zones, xerox, pictures and other necessary requirements in your home if you desire.
Process:
1. Get a copy of the 3 forms. You may download or pick up a copy at AG Prison on weekends.
Certificate of Registration is PER GUN. If you have 5 guns you should have 5 COLORED copies of this form
Application form is PER GUN. If you have 5 guns you should have 5 xerox copies of this form
PTT (Permit to Transport) is for every 5 guns. If you have 5 guns you need just 1 form.
2. Fill up each form correctly without any erasures, preferably type written. For the serial numbers use your initials and 6 random numbers example JDV123456. Each gun should have a unique serial number example JDV 654321, etc, etc
3. Take picture of yourself not the guns. Details are below
4. Bring all this and your forms to AG Prison on May 31 and bring your payment, ballpen and a LOW FPS AEG to play with (hehehe) No need to bring all your guns for registering.
5. Upon entering you will need to pay P150.00 entrance fee which includes your processing and GAME FEE for the day. If your not playing it will still be P150.00
6. Line up at table #1 for verification of documents
7. then proceed to table #2 for submitting of documents
8. then table #3 for payment
9. and finally table #4 to get your Registered form
10. Celebrate and start to play!
This will save you time (absent from work), energy (drive or commute to fed), patience (no lining up) and money (gas, food, toll, etc) from going to the FED office for your registration.
The usual registration fees also apply:
P360 for Permit to Transport (PTT) -Maximum of 5 guns per PTT
P200.00 Registration for each AEG
P100.00 Notarization for each AEG
Additional:
P150.00 Entrance Fee and Game Fee. (pls be guided 380 fps max at the site)
Example: If you have 5 guns you will pay P1,860 plus P150.00
If you have 1 gun you will pay P660.00 plus P150.00
Requirements:
1. 18 yrs old above (if your not you can use the name of your older sibling who plays with you)
2. Filipino Citizen (if you are not a Filipino, you may register your Gun under a person you trust and who also plays with you)
3. Foreign sounding names Ex: Bill Clinton bring proof of citenzship.Ex: Passport, etc.
4. Company owned AEGs have to register their guns individually
5. One (1) 2 x 2 picture PER GUN (photo of the owner and not the gun)
6. One (1) 1 x 1 picture PER GUN (photo of the owner and not the gun)
7. One (1) Valid Identification card w/ picture (i.e. drivers license, firearms license, etc); required for approval of forms
