AEG Registration Assistance thru N.A. May 4, 2008
Northern Alliance and the office of PNP FED has gotten together to assist in the Registration needs of our brothers in Airsoft. We understand and hear your needs of not having the time, energy and patience to visit the FED office and or line up with hundreds of folks ahead of you.
Therefore, we are coming to an area near you (or we can even do this thru email and LBC) to give you the forms, answer your questions and process your AEG registration.
Please be guided thou Northern Alliance will not be holding your money or requiring any monetary payment from you. We will be registering your AEGs in a simple yet efficient way where you don’t have to wait in line, wait under the sun or any other inconveniency related in registration of your AEG.
On May 4, 2008 a group of FED officials will be visiting the event
1st BULACAN SPEEDBALL CUP in SM MARILAO (Pls visit www.filairsoft.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29770 for more details). There they will be answering your questions, disseminating the forms but not accepting payments! These forms may then be copied and given to your team mates who are not present at that time. They may fill up the forms in their own comfort zones, xerox, pictures and other necessary requirements in your home if you desire.
After completing your requirements and filling up your forms your team will compile this and send it to Northern Alliance. Payments at this point will be required because we will be sending these documents to the FED office for processing. A minimal fee of P100.00 will be added for every PTT or any player with a maximum of 5 guns. This will not go to NORTHERN ALLIANCE but to our Processors in the FED office. This will save you time (absent from work), energy (drive or commute to fed), patience (no lining up) and money (gas, food, toll, etc) from going to the FED office for your registration.
The usual registration fees also apply:
P360 for Permit to Transport (PTT) -Maximum of 5 guns per PTT
P200.00 Registration for each AEG
P100.00 Notarization for each AEG
Additional:
P100.00 Processing Fee per PTT
Example: If you have 5 guns you will pay P1,860 plus P100.00 for processing
If you have 1 gun you will pay P660.00 plus P100.00 for processing
Requirements:
1. 18 yrs old above (if your not you can use the name of your older sibling who plays with you)
2. Filipino Citizen (if you are not a Filipino, you may register your Gun under a person you trust and who also plays with you)
3. Foreign sounding names Ex: Bill Clinton bring proof of citenzship.Ex: Passport, etc.
4. Company owned AEGs have to register their guns individually
5. One (1) 2 x 2 picture PER GUN (photo of the owner and not the gun)
6. One (1) 1 x 1 picture PER GUN (photo of the owner and not the gun)
7. One (1) Valid Identification card w/ picture (i.e. drivers license, firearms license, etc); required for approval of forms
Also, we will also be posting the Forms needed which you can also print in color and fill up type written (not hand written) from your PC or laptop and then collect all your team mates forms and send them to us.
In addition, if you would like to pay directly to FED personnel you may do so on May 31, 2008 we will be holding the MASS REGISTRATION at ABU GHRAIB PRISON at FTI TAGUIG ( behind fort Bonifacio) where you may submit your forms, pay, and get your certificate on site.
