NEWBIE INFO AND ORIENTATION
Welcome to Airsoft! Please read the following info on how to properly play airsoft and how to be safe.
Please be informed airsoft is a physically demanding sport and injuries, falls, scratches, bruises are very common. Before playing you will sign a waiver that the organizers will not be held liable for and loss, injury or even death.
You will find below our simple rules please read them carefully and ask any marshal for any clarification before playing. Your safety and enjoyment is our priority.
Airsoft is a gentleman’s game – unlike paintball where paint marks a player who is hit – In airsoft we use replicas of real guns and use plastic BB’s. If you get hit with 1 shot to any part of your body (hair, boots, fingers) JUST 1 shoot you are considered HIT. Immediately shout “HIT” DEAD MAN COMING OUT and RAISE YOUR HAND ABOVE YOUR HEAD and then walk out of the playing area DO THIS WITHOUT REMOVING YOUR MASK. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. DO NOT REMOVE YOUR MASK WHILE INSIDE THE PLAYING AREA FOR ANY REASON.
If you do not acknowledge your hit you will be considered a ZOMBIE and this is forbidden. You are also not allowed to call another person out. Example: You think you hit an enemy but for some reason he did not acknowledge the HIT. You cannot say HEY YOU HIT KA NA! You should try to fire and hit the other person again until he acknowledges the HIT.
Also we do not allow blind firing or SUNGKITAN. Blind firing is defined as firing / exposing your weapon only without exposing yourself to the enemy. When firing always look at your gun sites and then fire. This is for your safety and for our sport to be more professional as compared to a kiddie game.
In addition, despite airsoft being a TOY GUN you should treat it LIKE A REAL GUN and you should not jokingly point at any one at any time. Also keep your GUNS in the SAFE MODE to avoid accidentally firing it and injuring another player especially in the safe area. DO TEST YOUR GUN ONLY IN AN APPROVED AREA. SINCE THE PLASTIC BB’s BOUNCE and may RICOCHET to another player or spectator.
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL THE RULES BELOW.
ENJOY AND PLAY SAFE!
